Today’s Reading is John 5:19-47.
Holy Trinity! In John’s congregation there seems to be a lot of struggle about the human and divine nature of Christ. Today’s entire passage is about John trying to make the point that the Son is equal to the Father when it comes to be judge of the world. Yes, for God’s sake: Christ is God, not only human! John made that clear from the very beginning!
